Shenanigans in South Carolina

On Sunday night, my friends and I took a harbor sunset cruise on a 46' long and 25" wide catamaran. We left the Cooper River Marina about 5:30 pm and returned about 8:15 pm.  The captain and his wife live on the boat most of the time and were full of stories about their travels and experiences.  It was another highlight of a wonderful vacation.

Krista had set up this excursion and we were eager to get started.
We brought munchies and drinks because we planned to have a good time despite the overcast sky.

A picture of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge taken as we left the marina.

Prime viewing location.
For a group that originally met in Houston Texas, we have since dispersed all over the US.
On the left is Carla from Connecticut, Mary from Pennsylvania, Patty from Texas, Lynne from California,
Krista from Washington State, Kim from Illinois and Aleene from Florida.

We went to see the famous Pineapple Fountain in Waterfront Park on our first day in Charleston but I
didn't take a picture.  I made up for that by taking a picture from the catamaran.
It is directly in front of that white building.

Homes along the water.

Sunset picture.

The Ravenel Bridge on our return to the marina.

Back on dry land and heading home.
