Frank's Birthday Party

We had Frank's birthday party today.  The theme was NCIS.  We played the TV show theme music, had secret agent pencils and fake mustaches as party favors and had a NCIS quiz as a party game.
Mike won.  Frank and Suzanne tied for second to last place but Frank said he would have done better if I had the correct answer for the last question.  The last question was 'How many times has Gibbs been married?'  I read the correct answer as 3 but Mike has since checked with Google and the correct answer, as Frank insisted, is 4.  That Frank knows his NCIS trivia.
