Easter

The Peterson's celebrated Easter in different states this year.  Emily stayed in Illinois and spent the day with us at the pond.  Suzanne spent the day at her home in Dallas and Laura was in Missouri visiting friends.

Emily, Mike and I joined our church for an Easter breakfast and service.  Later in the day we had an Easter dinner at home with Frank and Lois.   After we got back from church Easter morning, we give Emily an Easter basket with instructions as to where to find her Easter present.  Her present was a table runner for her apartment that I made.

Suzanne went to a sunrise service with her friend Taylor.  Taylor wasn't as much into the sunrise service tradition as Suzanne so Suzanne decided to drive and also to bribe Taylor with breakfast after the service.  Later in the day, Suzanne and Heath went to a have Easter dinner at her friend Melanie's house.  Here is Suzanne with her Easter gift from the Easter bunny.  

Laura was out of town all weekend.  She says she spent a lot of time driving around connecting with friends.  However, something tells me she made it to church too.  

UPDATE:  My readership was incensed that my Living Last Supper picture did not contain all the twelve disciples.  I am rectifying that mistake by including another picture of the Living Last Supper taken by the official church photographer, Julie.
