If it is Friday, it must be Suzanne

Every Friday, Suzanne calls us from her cell phone on her way home from work.  Her regularity is a good thing because that is how Mike nows what day of the week it is.  However, this weekend we did not catch her call.  We were out for the evening with Scott and Lisa enjoying dinner and wine at the Copper Dock Winery.

It was a beautiful night so we ate outside by the lake.  A young family sat next to us and the proprietor brought out some swan food so the kids could feed the swans that were on the lake and get to see the babies.  This enabled us to take some good pictures.

I was sorry to miss talking to Suzanne as I wanted to tell her how much I enjoyed her Mother's Day present.  I did not get her present on Mother's Day and neither Suzanne nor Groupon, the company she ordered the item from, had any idea why.  Fortunately, this situation was resolved to everyones satisfaction when my present showed up in the mail on Thursday.  

Suzanne sent me solar lights for my front yard.  These were not the normal type of solar lights that I have seen at Lowe's.  These were solar color changing garden lights.  It's kind of like having a Disney light parade in my front yard.  Mike put them up right away and I have been enjoying them ever since.
