Guests, Planes and Drones

Suzanne and Heath brought their out-of-town guests to spend some time at the pond for a day.  They are from the Dallas area and Bryan is a pilot who flew his own plane up here to visit.  

When our guests arrived, we gave them the royal treatment.  We let them play with the puppy.  Even though Sam and Bryan have cats, they had to admit Della was pretty cute.  

There are actually other things to do at the pond.  Sam and Bryan chose to take out the paddle boat while Suzanne went to read a book.  

However, Bryan also brought his own entertainment.  He brought a drone.  He flew it over our house and Lois's (without getting it lost like the last drone that was flown around here).  He took some great pictures from it too.  

The day after Suzanne and her friends left, they came back.  This time they flew over our house in Bryan's plane.  Mike, Laura, Della and I stood outside and waved.  

Rumor has it that Sam and Bryan are planning to return.  They want to continue their photo log of life at the pond in different seasons.  I'm sure they are also returning because they had a great visit.  After all, spending time with puppy Della is pretty hard to beat.
