Countdown

It looks like we will be moving into the new house on Friday.  The builder just had the house cleaned so I guess he is thinking he is about done.

The bricklayers finished last Friday.  They packed up all their scaffolding and mortar mixers and left.
Then Mike and I moved the broken brick pile that is over in front of the garage door.
Now we can actually drive all the way around the circular driveway.  

The plumber was here Friday and hooked up the kitchen faucet.  

Can finally see out the front door.
No more brick layer tarp over it.  

The TV above the fireplace is the perfect size
all comments to this blog aside.  

In the middle of this picture is another boot bench.
People will be able to exit the basement into the backyard
and grab a pond towel and a pair of flip flops as they leave.  

The closed door in this picture is the entrance to the dog room.
There is a doggy door already in place.
