The Car Show

I went to the Graffiti Car Show this weekend in Greenville and didn't bother to look at the cars.  I actually went early to help set up the church t-shirt booth and then I hung around for the wedding.
Yep, there was a wedding at the car show.

Every year the car show has 'celebrity' artists visit as a way to draw a crowd.  This year's celebrity artists were the actors who played Marilyn and Eddie on the 'Munsters' TV show.  This showed aired for only two season from 1964 to 1966 but it has a following.  Anyway, there was a local couple who chose to get married at the car show and Butch Patrick, who played Eddie, was actually legally able to officiate for them.  The wedding took place in our church parking lot.  Right next to the a replica of the Munsters Koach.  I had to leave the Car Show right after the wedding.  I had to go to St. Louis to attend the wedding of Laura's friend Sarah.
