Four More Days
Until Christmas

I had to create a spreadsheet to keep track of all that has to be done before Christmas.  Then I showed it to Laura and Emily when they arrived on Sunday.  We have been running around ever since.

The girls spent Monday morning grocery shopping for the holiday meals and Mike did chores and ran errands.  After lunch we really got busy.

First we went out to Randy's Country Barn and picked out our living Christmas tree.
This year we were 'late' and Randy only had four trees left.
Somehow we ended up with the biggest one.
How did that happen Emily?

At least she had to help move it into the basement.

It turned out to be a tight fit.
Once the tree was set up, the girls immediately moved on to their next chores.  They had to hurry though.  They were going to ring the Salvation Army bells at IGA at 6:30.  That was suppose to be my job but I ended up being double booked.  So I attended a Christmas dinner party with my Women's Bible Study group instead.
