California Visit

Although I officially went to California a few weeks ago to attend Emily's college graduation, I also managed to visit some sites and my family.

In Berkeley, I went hiking with Emily on one of her favorite jogging trails in Nimitz Way Park.  Here are some photos of the view.  See the bridge in the first photo?

In San Francisco, we went shopping (including the fabric store Britex), saw Union Square,

visited Boudin bakery, and ate Spanish food.  Oh, and also saw another bridge.

In the Los Angeles area,  Emily and I visited Nana and Papa and my brother's family.  We actually did a lot of eating there.  Andy prepared chili for us and we provided the Boudin sourdough bread.  Papa took us to the Torrance bakery which is a popular Spilsbury hangout.  

I had a great visit and will have to do it again sometime.  Many of my favorite people like there.
