Lilly

Mike and I are getting a puppy.  Her name is Lilly.  She is a black and cream miniature long hair dachshund.  Emily found her on Facebook and between her and Laura, they convinced me to get the puppy.  She currently resides near Dallas so Laura and I already have plans to visit Suzanne and Heath right around the time the puppy is old enough to leave her mother.

Here are Lilly's first pictures on Facebook.  She is so little her eyes are still closed.  She was born June 1.

On June 17, her owner sent us pictures of Lilly with her eyes finally opened.  Apparently the photo session taxed her energy level.  

Can't wait to meet her.
