Crate's Arrival

On Thursday, May 14, Mike left very early in the morning to pick up his crate from Effingham.  It had arrived there from Texas.

He arrived home mid-morning and immediately drove the truck down by the pond.  Where he parked.  And then went to get the tractor.

He began disassembling the crate.

And finally, I could see what was inside. We had a two man compact fishing pontoon boat. 

Just as Mike got ready to use his new boat, it started to rain.  That did not deter him.  He just put on a rain coat.

And then he finally went fishing.

And fishing.  Mike reported to me that the chairs were so comfortable it was like fishing from his Laz-boy in the living room. 

And then Bill had to go fishing to check it out. 

All in all, a busy day for the pontoon boat and a stressful one for the fish.  Looks like this boat will be getting a lot of use.
