A Glimpse of the Great Outdoors

Still getting raspberries from my plant.
I don't have any recipes for raspberries as I
have eaten them all by the time I get back to the house.  

Bill shared some pictures from his trail camera.  These were taken at the back pond over at Lois's place.

My new Brussel sprout plants are growing.  I do not know who is going to eat these Brussel sprouts as Emily has just gotten a job in California and Suzanne and Heath live in Texas.  

The sweet potato plant is flourishing.  Unfortunately I do not know how to tell if it is time to harvest sweet potatoes.  I guess it is time to do some research on the Internet.  

Our watermelon harvest is over.  The last four were eaten by the chickens.  They definitely enjoyed them.  

Lilly and Frankie continue to be besties.  At least, Lilly considers Frankie a best friend.  It is possible Frankie considers Lilly a pest.  She is always jumping on him and chewing his ears.  This happens often as I send Lilly outside to play every time she gets too energetic for me to handle.
